Public Invited to Town Center Groundbreaking Event 

Hosted by Innovation Realty Partners and the City of Sammamish, all residents, stakeholders and community members are invited to join Mayor Kali Clark, and elected officials to celebrate a new phase of the Sammamish Town Center development. The event will take place at 10 AM Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the corner of Lower Sammamish Commons parking lot and 222nd Place SE.  

Announcing the Sammamish Town Center Arts and Cultural Survey

We are excited to announce the development of an Arts and Cultural Plan for the Sammamish Town Center, (located in the area near 228th and 4th, near the Metropolitan Market) a collaborative effort between EastHUB and Innovation Realty Partners LLC.

Sammamish, a Seattle Suburb Close to the City, yet Immersed in Nature

King County Executive and Local Leaders Celebrate Sammamish Town Center Vision

The “Taste of the Town” event, personally catered by renowned chef Tom Douglas under a large canopy adjacent to Sammamish City Hall, was hosted by the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Innovation Realty Partners and Pillar Properties, the firms developing the Sammamish Town Center project.
